PRODUCTION LINE
Our production line contains a variety of professional machines, and a whole
production line requires more than 10 employees to operate at the same time.
Our machines and factories produce 24 hours a day. Our production lines can cooperate with each other to form an entire production chain.
22 Calendering Lines
The calendering line mainly produces PVC Plastic Films, such as embossed film, mattress film, normal clear film, super clear film, opaque film, rigid film etc.It can also produce raw materials for interior decoration film.
7 Printing Lines
We put the ink on the surface of calendering base film and make color matching for different printed designs like wood grain, marble, stone, brick designs etc. The printed colors can be different based on the printing cylinders.
8 Lamination Lines
We can laminate two layers or three layers of PVC decorative film with 180-200 degree centigrade, depend on the thickness and formula. From this machine, we can get the finished products of PVC decorative film like wood grain and solid colors.

EXPORTED COUNTRIES
The proportion of our plastic film exports: India 35%, Egypt 20%, Russia 20%, Iraq 15%, Pakistan 5%, Bangladesh 5%. Our main market is Russia, Turkey, Middle East, Southeast Asia, India and so on. Our value of export for PVC decorative film is more than 20 million US dollars per year.
EXHIBITION EXPERIENCE
Xiongxing Group has attended the Guangzhou Interzum and Canton Fair from 2007.
During these time, we invite all of our customers from Russia, India, Africa, South America,
Middle east to visit our booth. The main purpose is to show our new designs and new
technology of PVC film to our customers. In the meantime, we will discuss the cooperation
plan with some VIP customers and share the market trend information to make sure our sales
